What I need to know is if my current updated WBEN-8 is acceptable and if so, when will I get paid? I have not received anything since June 2021. Left a message and hoping to get a call back. Was cut off with a message that said everyone was busy. 11, 2022 Me: Another week has passed - and over 2 months since my original inquiry. CJ: In regards to your payment status, our internal teams are working diligently to verify your financial information, at this time there is no further action for you to take. It took them 3 weeks to reply to my support ticket where I let them know that my information had been updated. At that time, it was explained to me that I needed to update my tax information which I did. ![]() Since mid-November I have been trying to get paid by CJ.
